Bentham Science will provide an opportunity for Ukrainian scientists to publish free of charge in all journals of the publishing house
On October 28 this year, within the framework of the First International Conference “Open Science and Innovation in Ukraine 2022”, organized by the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine, a meeting was held between the Global Licensing Manager of the Bentham Science publishing house, Frans Lettenström, and Ihor Taranov, Director General of the Science and Innovation Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
During his visit to Kyiv, the representative of Bentham Science emphasized the need to support Ukrainian science and Ukrainian scientists and promised to open the opportunity to publish free of charge in all publishing journals for all Ukrainian scientists. For this purpose, the parties agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation.
In addition, Bentham Science will further promote the organization of conferences, seminars and webinars in Ukraine and the exchange of experience with the aim of improving the methodology of data analysis of the publishing activity of institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The competent authorities for the implementation of the provisions of this Memorandum from Ukrainian side will be the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine.
