Bibliometric study of serial publications

Aims of the project is the creation and andjustment of a bibliometric methodology for the selection and evaluation of scientific serial publications, the availability of full text access to which is necessary for the quality fulfilment of research on the priority branches of bilateral Ukrainian-Belarusian cooperation.

The implementation of the project will allow to develop effective methods of information support for priority areas of science and technology in Ukraine and in the Republic of Belarus. This method could be successfully used by researchers, publishers, librarians, information analysts and managers for fulfilling their own tasks. The case study will be fulfilled the field of power engineering research.
