As part of cooperation with the EIFL organization, the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine is working to support the activities of the National Consortium EIFL Ukraine, participation in which allows Ukrainain universities and scientific institutions’ libraries  to access all programs, in particular, licensed e-resources, programs on open access, licensing and intellectual property, free and open source software (FOSS) for libraries, innovations in public libraries, etc.
